Hatla Inspired Vinyasa Flow.

50 minutes of movement through a creative flow and holds with your breath.


Suitable for all levels. No one starts flexible—Yoga is your own personal journey, not perfection.

Instructions:

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

  • A bottle of water is advised to stay hydrated.

  • Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own

Our Approach

Yoga is a way to keep your mind and body strong. With some joy in your practice you will leave feeling lighter in your heart.


We will move through a creative flow, where you will hold poses for at least 5 breaths to get the most out of the poses and get into the right alignment.


Although this will be a slower pace of flow you will still leave feeling energised and strong for your week ahead.
