Tricia is a certified yoga teacher specialising in yoga that makes you feel good - working on energy - that includes yoga that make you feel energised and yoga to help you feel calm. 


Her approach is nurturing and supportive yet powerful, meaning at times you're encouraged to challenge yourself.  Tricia has over 10 years of dedicated personal yoga practice.  

These classes are designed to welcome every body—not just the stereotypical “yogi.”   You’ll find a fully inclusive space with plenty of adaptations and options, so beginners, returners, and anyone feeling unsure are genuinely welcome.

That said, inclusive doesn’t mean “easy.” You’ll gently be encouraged to challenge yourself—always within your own range of movement and comfort. You’re invited to explore what feels good, empowering, and right for you.

A typical class will include awareness, breathwork, gentle stretching, sun salutations and then a yoga sequence with an aim in mind, finishing off with relaxation.
