Indian Head Massage

The practice of Indian head massage is typically done with the recipient seated, often fully clothed. The therapist uses a variety of techniques such as kneading, rubbing, and tapping, focusing on the scalp, temples, and pressure points in the upper body.

Massage Therapy offers a holistic approach to relieving stress, improving circulation, and relaxing the body. Our skilled therapist use a range of techniques to ease muscle tension, enhance relaxation, and promote overall wellness, leaving clients refreshed physically and revitalized with mental tranquility.

Indian Head Massage

Our Approach

Indian head massage, is rooted in the principles of Ayurveda (India's traditional system of medicine of over 2000 years). The practice evolved over centuries to incorporate massage techniques focused not only on the scalp but also on the face, neck, shoulders, and upper back.

Indian head massage is used for a wide range of physical and emotional benefits. It is particularly effective in relieving stress by promoting relaxation and reducing muscle stiffness in the upper body, also improves circulation to the scalp, which can enhance hair growth and prevent hair loss.

What clients say

After a diagnosis of osteo-arthritus I spoke to Alex (Podiatrist) and she was able to test me on a treadmill in her clinic and explain that my left leg was not walking the way it should. Alex took the time to explain everything and supplied custom made insoles, she also recommended the correct footwear i needed as well.
Alex comes to our house to take care of my wife and my feet, she is extremely approachable and knowledgeable and has a great caring attitude.
